Lootably - missing points?
Click on Lootably on your earn points page. As soon as you see the Lootably offer wall, click on "Support" in the top right-hand corner:

On the following page you will see an ID and the e-mail address of Lootably (support@lootably.com). Copy the displayed ID:

Now send an email to support@lootably.com stating the ID shown and the name of the offer for which you did not receive any points. In addition, you must attach evidence to the email that shows that you took part in the offer. This can be a screenshot of a confirmation email or a customer account, for example.
After submitting, Lootably will look at your case and credit the points manually. Due to necessary checks, we ask you to accept some time for the investigation.
