AdGateMedia - missing points?

To create a support ticket for AdGate, navigate to the offerwall on CodesFree.net.

In the offerwall, click on the menu in the top left corner:

In the menu, click on "Reward Status":

After this, you should see a list of offers that haven't credited, yet. Select the one that you want to open a support ticket for from the list.

On the next page, scroll to the bottom until you find a blue contact button. Click this button:

A new page will open with a form. Fill out the form completely and upload a screenshot proof that shows, that you have completed the offer. Remember to correctly check the checkboxes as shown in the screenshot:

Click on the green send button. AdGate will process your requests as soon as possible. Please allow up to 30 days for AdGate to get back to you. As this is a manual process that might require information from third-parties, this can take some time.
